MathApex is designed for children in grades 1-6, typically ages 6-12. The app adapts to your child's grade level and offers appropriate difficulty levels for each age group.

Getting started is easy:

• Download MathApex from the App Store
• Open the app and select your child's grade level
• Choose a number range appropriate for their skill level
• Start solving problems and earning rewards!

Yes! MathApex is completely free to download and use. All core features including quizzes, rewards, and progress tracking are available at no cost.

MathApex offers two types of quizzes:

• Standard Quizzes: Quick practice sessions with random problems based on your selected operation and difficulty
• Custom Quizzes: Parents can create personalized worksheets with specific problems for targeted practice

MathApex covers all essential math operations:

• Addition (+)
• Subtraction (-)
• Multiplication (×)
• Division (÷)
• Mixed operations for advanced practice

Children earn points for each correct answer. The points are based on speed and accuracy:

• Correct answers earn points
• Faster answers may earn bonus points
• Building a streak increases motivation
• Points can be used to unlock rewards

Yes! Parents can create custom quizzes focusing on specific topics or problem types through the Parent Dashboard. This is perfect for reinforcing concepts your child needs extra practice with.

As children solve problems correctly, they earn coins. These coins can be used to open reward chests containing fun surprises, achievements, and encouragement messages.

Chests are reward containers that can be opened using coins earned from quizzes. Different chest types have different costs and rewards. Simply collect enough coins and tap on a chest to open it!

Yes! Parents can customize the reward system through the Parent Dashboard. You can set daily point limits, adjust reward values, and even create custom rewards to keep your child motivated.

Parents can set daily point limits to encourage balanced practice. This prevents excessive screen time while maintaining motivation. The default limit can be adjusted in Parent Settings.

Tap the parent icon on the main screen. You'll be asked to set up a PIN code the first time. This PIN protects parent features and settings from being changed by children.

The Parent Dashboard allows you to:

• View detailed progress and statistics
• Create custom quizzes and worksheets
• Review mistakes and areas needing improvement
• Adjust reward settings and point limits
• Change app settings and preferences
• Track learning trends over time

To create a custom quiz:

• Open the Parent Dashboard
• Tap "Manage Tasks" or "Manual Create"
• Add problems manually or scan a worksheet
• Set the quiz name and point values
• Save the quiz for your child to practice

Absolutely! The Parent Dashboard provides detailed statistics including total problems solved, accuracy rates, time spent learning, strengths and weaknesses by operation, and progress trends over time.

If you forget your PIN, you'll need to reset the app data. You can do this through your device's app settings. Note that this will also reset your child's progress, so we recommend keeping your PIN in a safe place.

Yes! All data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to external servers. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with COPPA regulations. No personal information is collected.

MathApex is currently available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 13.0 or later. Android version coming soon!

Yes! MathApex works completely offline. Since all data is stored locally on your device, your child can practice anytime, anywhere without an internet connection.

MathApex supports multiple languages. To change the language, go to the Parent Dashboard → Settings → Language and select your preferred language. The app will restart with the new language.
