By downloading, installing, or using MathApex, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your child's use of MathApex. The parent dashboard provides tools to manage your child's learning experience.
The mathematical content and educational materials in MathApex are provided for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content.
When you create custom quizzes or scan worksheets, you retain ownership of that content. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.
MathApex may use third-party services (such as Google Vision API and OpenAI) for certain features. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of MathApex, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of MathApex and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
MathApex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathApex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
